Words inspired by her...

Searching through time
Searching all around,
The light could not be found
The darkness did surround,
He reached out to touch my life
Changes did abound,
But still an empty space remained.

Father knew what I needed
And had it all prescribed,
A night would change my life
And fulfill my life’s great need,
For on the ice on a saint’s day
Did the Spirit’s touch descend,
And showed me who she was.

Her eyes penetrate the darkness
And peer into my soul,
Her lips when smiling
Provide more warmth than the sun,
Her hands’ soft touch
Relieves me of my hurt,
Her body in motion flows in His majestic
inspiration.

I thank you Lord for who you have given me,
And pray that I may bless her all my days.
